Shawna Overman was recommended to us by Nicole Johnson of Geneva Financial and I could not be happier with the recommendation! Shawna is absolutely wonderful! She is a kind, patient, loving person! She worked with us as we tried different ways to obtain our first home. We made a bunch of offers of which all were rejected (only one was accepted at the very last). We tried land and tried to see if we could have a house built, but we weren't getting anywhere. She would work well past midnight and on weekends too to answer our questions, contact seller's agents with questions, setting up tours, talking with builders, getting all paperwork ready for us to sign, going back and forth contacting people. She was absolutely amazing to work with! I could never go to another realtor after our experience with her. If you are in doubt about a realtor, go to Shawna - believe those 5 star ratings! Shawna is great to work with, very knowledgeable of the Toledo market. She is very professional, always available, taking her job very seriously. She is a hard worker, and above all - has a sunny and positive attitude! During the last year we were lucky to close more than few deals (buying & selling), thanks to Shawna’s valuable help. Shawna has helped me close on two homes over the last 14 months. She is responsive, professional, and most importantly caring! She always answers her phone. When I wanted to see a house, she made it happen even though it wasn’t possible. I ended up buying that house! Shawna will always take care of her clients and I highly recommend!! Shawna is absolutely exceptional and the greatest realtor we could have ever asked for after a referral. She was extremely patient and quick to answer any and all questions we had. We were approved for a USDA loan and although it was a grueling process with many hiccups, she patiently handled everything on her end. She went above and beyond with everything and anything we needed and asked for. If you’re looking at these reviews, don’t bother looking at others because you’ll miss out if you don’t use her.

Shawna was the best! First time buyer here! After months of looking finally found a house. And let me tell you the sellers realtor or whatever he was...was not an easy person to deal with..but she handled him like a champ..If you want someone to fight FOR YOU I highly recommend her...shes also very empathetic as I was also dealing with my sister who is not mentally stable...10/10 the best ty Shawna

Shawna was an awesome realtor to work with, last year when I moved back to Ohio. I needed to take my time and decide where I wanted to settle down and she was very patient and worked with me throughout the area.
